Alice Watts, Founder of Irene Creative Studios, takes a detailed look into Becca Luna’s Showit Canvas Library. In this article, you’ll hear her bias-free opinion and no-bullshit take on how she leveragesthese tools to create a successful business.
Before we jump into it, you’ll probably need a little background. So, here it is:
In 2020, mid-pandemic, Alice Watts was all ready to start her journey to become a nutritionist. After seeing a career counselor, she changed her tracks to follow a more creative path. At the same time, she came across Becca’s TikTok, dropped out of her nutrition program, and found an internship at a marketing agency—doing social media and Pinterest management.
With experience in hand, Alice made the jump to start her own business. She knew about Showit (Becca’s #1 web designing platform) and created her own website with it. She fell in love with the process and knew that, eventually, she wanted to transition from social media management to web design.
When Becca released her Wealthy Web Designer, CEO of Showit, and Passive Passion Project, Alice jumped on it. “I that I had to get Becca’s course. I had already consumed all of Becca’s and Willow’s free content and received so much value from them—so I knew investing in these courses was the right decision for me.”
Since then, Alice has launched a successful web design and social media management business. Today, she looks at Becca’s newest offering: the Showit Canvas Library.
Becca Luna’s Showit Canvas Library contains 100 customizable Showit canvases. It includes everything you’d ever need, all the way from home pages to testimonials. And the best part is, you can use them however you want… Use them for your own website. Use them for your clients. Once you have the keys, the library is all yours. And you don’t have to be quiet either.
Alice thinks that this product is ideal for web designers with a day rate or quick turnaround times. She also says it’s perfect for clients who don’t want to wait four to six weeks for a website from a designer. You can build your own with these canvases in a day.
There are 100 customizable Showit canvases. Yeah, you read that right, 100.
These include menus, landing pages, testimonials, banners, pop-up menus, contact forms, pricing pages, call to actions, and about 15 other categories. These pages are all completely customizable—so you can reuse them to fit your needs.
Alice was impressed by the attention to detail on each page. For example, she loved the animated movements that are on some pages. “Different creators sell the lines of code so that you know how to add these designs,” Alice said, “I was not expecting this to be included.”
Interested in switching to Showit? I don’t blame you. If you need one last push, here are a few of the key differences between Showit and Squarespace.
How To Use It?
Alice says in the future when she’s designing a site, if she needs a page for a freebie (for example), she’ll pull up Becca’s Site Library and use a canvas from it.
“I love that you can still customize all these canvases and add your own creative touch to make it look completely different,” Alice said. “Yet, at the same time, it saves you so much time. All the settings are already done, the mobile version is already built out, and the layout is done.”
As a web designer, you’re always having to come up with new creative ideas—and sometimes that creative block kicks in. Alice said, “The Site Library gives me so many new ideas for layouts and designs.” New designs are always necessary. Want to know what’s also necessary? Here are Seven Things That Every Web Design Business Needs.
Additionally, with the Showit Canvas Library comes access to Becca Luna’s exclusive Slack channel of fellow creatives and web designers. Alice likes the added benefit of being able to connect, ask questions, and learn from one another. She says, “I’m constantly in there searching for questions that I have about web design.”

Success was never a question for me. Even after dropping out of high school and living the “digital nomad” lifestyle with absolutely no plan in place, I knew for a fact that there were big things waiting for me. When I found the online space in 2016, everything clicked. Starting as a VA, I finally found something that I could do while traveling the world (which is all I’ve ever really wanted out of life). But despite the fact that I was no longer tied down to a place of work, I was still limited in my income and feeling creatively unfulfilled. When I finally decided to allow myself to be the passionate creative that I am deep down, and took the plunge into the world of website design, everything changed for me. I work on my own time, with unlimited income potential, designing websites for passionate entrepreneurs, and I can teach you to do the same.
If you’re wondering where life could take you as a creative who feels allergic to the 9-5 lifestyle, I’d like to welcome you into my family. I gave a resounding “f*ck no” to the “traditional” a long time ago, and I’ve seen just how beautiful it can be when you chase your passions and turn them into massive profit.
150+ websites, 1,300+ students, and MILLIONS of dollars earned by my students… that’s a recipe for living a life that you’re excited to brag about.
