First, let me introduce myself. I’m Becca Luna, web designer, and educator of other creatives. I’ve taught over 1,000 students how they can scale their web design business, master their art form, and automate their income stream.
As I said above, the best thing I’ve ever done for my business was start a passive income stream. Here are four steps to get you started down that same path.

How To Nail your Passive Offer in Four Steps
Here’s how you can make money while you sleep, travel, sit on the beach, and drink red wine on your couch. In only four steps:
Step 1: Find Your People
The first step in any business is to find your audience. Here are a couple of questions I recommend asking yourself to choose your audience:
- Who is your ideal client?
- What are they head-over-heels for?
- What can’t they get enough of?
- How do they spend their money?
- Where are they finding their services and products?
Using these questions, you can reverse engineer your clients and how you can sell to them. But, no matter the client base, I always recommend staying on social media.

Step 2: Become Their Must-Have
Here are where things get important. You need to find out what your audience needs and then become it. Ask yourself what the biggest problem they’re facing right now is. Or if there’s an easier or better way for them to do something.
Here’s a personal example… I launched Bold x Boho (my passive income template shop) to help web designers build commercial sites much quicker and with less work. At the time, there were only a few other template shops, but none of them were commercially licensed. I knew that would set me apart.

Step 3: Work Your Magic
Now, we’re at the easy part. You should start pouring out your incredible, soulful knowledge into a product that’s truly value-packed.
Whatever it is you’re building, you want it to be beautifully designed, easy to access, and simple to navigate. Step 4: Ready, Set, LAUNCH
Once perfected, it’s time to get your passive offer out into the world! I recommend using Showit and Shopify to host your product with maximum impact.
Of course, use whatever you’re comfortable with, but throughout my entire career, I haven’t found any better tools than Showit and Shopify.
After (and even before) launch, you should be marketing your product. I recommend using TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest—it’s what we use and have had the most success with.
You’re gonna need a few things once you launch. Number one is a content marketing strategy (you can learn 4 of my content marketing tips here). Second, you’ll need to know how to maintain a marketing strategy (which you can read about here)!
